Ordering Ouds - From where and how?

Today i have read alot about ouds.

I have played guitar for 8years och long necked and short necked baglama for 3 years.

I live in sweden and i really want a turkish oud. I am ready to pay 400-500$

I have read that many people have ordered a oud from internet. Could you give me advices about ordering oud over internet? Like:
Is it safe? How is the payement done? And what about the transport fees to sweden?

Could you recommend any safe site who have good ouds?

Hi,

I may advise you to buy from an reputable luthier rather than an internet shop, or 2d hand from a reputable member of this forum...

For instance, the luthier Matthias Wagner in Germany (who's member of this forum), has some 2d hand ouds for very reasonable prices, see for instance this turkish one at 170 euros.

How can i contact him. I think I want that oud. I have sent a message from his website like 3 days ago but have not got any answer. Is he active on this forum. What is his username?
