I must agree with Fadel that it is not appropriate that he hasn't received his oud yet. It is not professional and very poor bussiness ethic to break
your promises and cause delay in the delivery of the new oud that you promised. Also it's not good for your reputation to advertise making
professional ouds while you have a very unsatisfied customer who has been very patient.
Last October, I defended you and now I regret that I have. I recommend that you correct this matter and to be aware that the oud community around the
world is small and we all communicate with each other.
We look forward to hearing good news about your transaction with Mr. Fadel.

I believe that fadel has been a very good custemer og you (whisperoftheoud). He had bought from you before, and he wrote good things about your oud.
And I think that you should treat him as well as he treats you!!
