Oud on ebay. Looks like the label has Armenian writing with a picture of the builder, a collectors item, I'm believe.

It looked interesting, and I was one of the bidders. Did anybody on this board win it? If so, I would really desperately like any pictures.
I'm with you, Andy--the label writing sure looks to be Armenian.
I will admit that I am rather surprised at the price it brought. The workmanship looked a little bit crude, and, though it is tough to see in the
pictures, a couple of the ribs looked like they would need to be replaced.
I hope it went to an appreciative home.
