Hi everyone.
I'm new to this forum and still relatively new to the oud too.
I picked up the oud about 8 months ago, i would say my progress has been fairly slow. ):

Don't worry much about progress. You're doing great already and, if you keep it up, there's shouldn't be any reason to worry at all.
