Christian is one of my favorite musicians - I saw him last year with John McLaughlin. Just an amazing guy!

Joseph, your playing gets better and more interesting all the time. It's great to hear all the varied musics you're plaing on the oud and musical
collaborations and showing the rest of the music world how versatile the oud can be.
I wouldn't call it quite 'bluegrass' - maybe 'newgrass' - but if you want to listen to some great traditional guitar bluegrass picking which you could
do on oud, then Tony Rice is a good place to start if you haven't come across him yet- he's been around a long time.
