Yes, I have been a customer. The strings I received were genuine Pyramid Lute.

music-strings.de is a reputable website to buy pyramid strings and its owner, Matthias Wagner, provides an excellent service with his strings.

You are very welcome indeed. I have not tried the Nasser Shamma set. I can tell you that Pyramid Lute silver wound strings are excellent and also long lasting. They continue to sound good for so long that the high price becomes low if price per week or per month of musical life of the strings is calculated instead of price per set. I have not tried their copper wound strings so I don't know about those.

Yes, I am traveling for the next week or so, so oudstrings.com is unavailable. Matthias is a good choice, actually the high-tension sets like Shamma's are not what I normally stock anyway.

Thanks guys so much

Anybody tell us the difference between silverwound and cooperwound strings
Any idea?

Cooperwound ones are slightly softer in sound and also little less noisy under the left hand when they are new.
But they may last a little less as they are not protected, depending on the acidity of your fingers.

Both are very good indeed. You may try both to get your own opinion.

Thanks brother
I heard that cooperwound gives much warmer tone
