This is after about 20 hours of practice, just riffing off- i wouldn't butcher a maqam yet...
I fixed my high action (from 12mm at the joint to 4mm ) and this has made switching strings and playing faster much easier! I overcorrected the neck
and created a horrible buzz so i raised the nut a bit, and all better now.
