I've had the pleasure of learning a lot by reading the posts here and lurking in the shadows :-).
I'll be visiting Cairo in December/January and interested in meeting other oud players / forum members who reside there.
Cairo is where I grew up so I won't have trouble finding you :-).
Let me know. I'll also be shopping around for a new Oud while there.

I suggest you make a visit to the oud house(bayet aloud) in alhussain if you want to meet new generation of oud players
