It is really hard to read . But I can tell that first line is an address
Then name of the oud maker has an Armenian name which ( the best I can guess )is:
(Moussa) Costanian --> as it reads in Arabic lettered
Can't read the rest ..

Is there a chance we can see photos of the oud ?

Wow really hard to read. Looks like he pasted the label on, THEN wrote on it.

The bottom part is Armenian it says something like....

Izmirtsi basma.... ...... ......
Boghos K......ian

But it doesn't seem to be Kostanian, as it is spelled with the wrong K/G for that. Well...it could be, but in that case this person spells their name very unconventionally, or someone didn't know how to spell.

Also it seems to be saying "From Izmirtsi Basmatian (??) to (name of place)tsi Boghos Kostanian (???)" as if it is a gift.

-tsi in Armenian indicates the place you are from I.e. Izmirtsi =
Izmirli. but unlike the Turkish this particle can only be used in terms of places.

This should be Boghos Costanian, probably the father of Leon Costanian Istanbuli.

This is an early Label of Leon Costanian Istanbouli who was based n Beirut but came from Turkey probably during the Armenian exode, his later labels dropped "Costanian" and mentioned only Leon Istanbouli.
