carbon case for aoud

Dear friends,

now the plannings are finished and I am able to offer a carbon case for the aoud. It will be not a general case, it is designed for classical syrian aouds like bedrossian or Nahat. The interioR can be made individually, so it will be possible the case can also be used for turkish aouds. It is necessary for me to receive a drawing of your instrument if you want to get a case, to check if they are o.k. for your instrument.

They are made with a special compound material of carbon and cork. There will be 4 rings on the side to fasten carrying straps. The weight will be around 3 Kg.

The first prototype will be available at the beginning of September. I will present it at the 7th Oriental Music-Summeracademy: http://www.oriental-music-summeracademy.de/en/home-2/.

The production will start after that and the cases should be then available up from October/November.
