I can't find any info online re Kurschner P-arab2 Oud string set.
Anyone know the tension of this set? High, medium, etc?

I can't remember if it's arab1 or 2 but one of them is actually in Turkish tuning (E A B E A D).
I could be wrong.

Thanks for the document. But i believe this document is for Kurschner made in Germany. Kurschner's Turkish partner Baris Yetka K from Izmir makes
strings under Kurschner too.
The Izmir made Kurschner displays their tension information differently.
Nevertheless this is an important document! Thanks so much!

The Kürschner Premium Arab 2 set is higher tension. It seems to be one of the more commonly-used sets of strings on Turkish-made 58.5 cm ouds in
Arabic tuning. (Arab 1 is lower tension more suited for bigger ouds, I think.) There are a couple of sellers in Turkey on eBay who sell them in the
$25-$29 US range.
I put a set on my Ali Nışadır oud after I got it a few months ago, and I've been pretty happy with them.
