If you have an experience with PC sound software that allows to model Makams on PC with respect to 'komatic' intervals of Turkish temperament what
software allows to adjust individual note's frequency to move it up or down in the scale?

I have used this in the past to create Arabic sheet music, but it supports Turkish notation and can output the microtone sounds.
