New Oud Class in Southern California

For anybody in the Southern California area, Wael Kakish is going to be starting a small group oud class towards the end of the month. It will be given each Saturday in Eagle Rock, CA. For more information, you can send him an email.

Oud Group Class

Starting Saturday, April 30, 2005, Wael Kakish will start teaching a Group Class on Oud for intermediate students. The class will cover a variety of maqamat, forms, music theories, instrumental and vocal music in addition to iqa'at (rhthms).

Classes will be held at:
