Try searching here for Haluk Eraydin. You'll find some good info on his ouds. And they are very reasonable.

Hey Joshua, where are you located? Many times people looking for good starter ouds find someone in their area that has something affordable and playable. Its also a great way for more experienced players to get rid of their beginner instruments.

Ah! memories. haha!

wfspark - 5-12-2005 at 06:47 AM

This brings back memories of when I bought my first oud. I have the learner moddle, and it feels and plays like a more professional quality oud. All the Arabs and Turks that frequent the local shisha cafe here in San Antonio love it! They love it so much that the owner usually gives me free Turkish coffee. Anyway, Josh, it's a great buy! If you have questions about ordering and what not, please email or call.
