Hi ,
Here is a kind of piece which we call RENG .
couple of friends wanted me to play some Iranian RENG and post it here , sorry for doing that so late .
this reng is composed by legendary musician and composer
DARVISH KHAN , it's originally composed for TAR .

One of my all time favourite Rengs in the Darvish Khan works... I play Tar myself, Amazing pieces by this great Maestro, and although it was written
for Tar, you did a very good job playing it on Barbat. Thank you...

And Thanks you for complement . he ( Darvish ) has truly been a great comprser . I intended to play and Record more of his rengs but I got a little
injury on my right hand last friday and I'm not able to play for a little while . Man ,god knows how hard it is , not being able to play . Please say
a prayer for me .

A very good piece. I never knew the Persian dastegahs where played in a form called reng.
