I have started a Blog dealing specifically with Oud Music. Although everything might not be to everyones taste, what possibly could. The goal of the
blog is to have a one stop shop, so to speak, of Oud music... if theres an Oud somewhere in the mix it qualifies. I am culling from the vast amount of
music on the internet and compiling onto one blog. So most of the music has been originally uploaded elsewhere and I am simply going through various
different blogs, culling out the Oud music, and relisting... for the convenience of being able to drop in and get your Oud fix. Some of the stuff is
classic and traditional and some is FAR from that... hopefully something for everyone, and you never know you may get turned onto some new music. I
encourage comments and suggestions etc... if I can find it I will post it.

I think it’s a great idea because we musicians need to listen to a lot of music of our instrument just to build up our style.
For the moment, the greater collection of oud music I know is on the 'Oud Thread' at http://www.skafunkrastapunk.com/ , you can collect a lot of links from there.

Thanks for the SkaFunk link will definitely grab some for the blog...I noticed several posts that cross with the WeLoveMusic blog...a great one for
sure...am hoping to eventually compile a pretty huge list though...28 posts thus far and been up 1 day..Smile..
if anyone else has any gems out there to pull from let me know...
