Dear oud lovers
I am sharing this 1967 moment for Saiid Sleem and taroub performing live on TV, Saiid Sleem on oud with Taroub singing. Saiid sleem is the same person
who played the oud on the Album "bil afraah" for ziad rahbaani in the 70s.
The singer is Taroub, used to be a famous pop singer of her time similar to what hayfa wehbi is now, with the difference that Taroub sings with her
voice not with her body

Thanks for posting this. Said is one of my favorite players, especially because of Bil Afrah (my favorite "old school" instrumental album). Nice!

By the way the melody of this song is very well known in both Greece and Turkey...
