It's in Arabic. This appears to be a Jordanian made oud by (judging by the phone number). The materials are listed as Mahogany and Ebony.

Is there a date on there anywhere? Would you say this is a cheaper budget instrument?
M The reason why I ask because the pegs feel like there’s some kind of lightweight wood, I need to know if it’s worth budgeting and having
somebody fine-tune it with new pegs and a few other little details
