Lyrics for "Qadduk al-Mayyas"
This song is shared by Greeks, Turks and Arabs (maybe more), and I would like to sing the Arabic lyrics at an upcoming concert, at least for one
verse.
Would anyone here have the anglicized lyrics to the Arab version of this song?
I really appreciate the help, and would be happy to return the favor with anglicized lyrics for the Greek version if desired.

I don't know how accurate the English translation is, but the transliteration looks pretty plausible. I read a bit of Arabic, so I would compare this
transliteration to the Arabic original before I would sing this song in public.

The Greek version is a hybrid (from long ago), with the melody we all use across languages for three verses, but with a unique refrain tagged on at
the end. The phrase "my eyes" is used as a term of endearment, usually between lovers.
