8-Course El-Ashmawy Oud?

I'm currently looking for an 8-course oud and stumbled upon this website by El-Ashmawy:

Hi there! I don't know this luthier. I know Ramazan Calay makes them, in Istanbul. I have one :-}. So does my teacher, Mehmet Polat. They are very good, and not terribly expensive
