Toota is one of those compositions that really had an effect on me. Farid kind of got me from every possible musical angle when I started to listen to
the oud and "very" Arabic music in general. It is definitely a favorite of mine, as many people who have met me can attest to. I'm glad
that you like it as well.
I think it's a great idea to post scores up here, or even just links to where we can find them. And I obviously don't just mean Arabic
music. It'd be nice to broaden everyone's horizons and jump around all of the oud schools. Variation never hurt anyone.
