Does anyone have the "Nihavend Longa" from Yorgo Bacanos and could share it?

I need the original version

Do you mean the Sultani Yegah Sirto? I don't have a recording of Batzanos playing it, but I do have the sheet music.

I mean Nihavend Longa :shrug:

from Bacanos.To understand i attach the melody .Here plays Haig Yadjian...

This is a composition from Bacanos and i know that there is somewhere an original version but i dont know why (i do have 2 Cds with bacanos playing but there is not in there)

Hi,

Actually, this is the sultani yegah sirto. Yazdjan chose to play certain sections of it in this recording.

I don't know if there is an actual recording of this piece by Batzanos (by the way, it is disputed if he actually wrote it), but I do have the sheet music for the whole piece if you are interested. Again, Haig's version is just certain sections of the sultani yegah sirto.

Thanks Mav...

I knew that Haig played only a part ...but unfortunately i never heard the hole melody from Bacanos.Only from a friend and i learned it like that.But it would be interesting to listen the master playing.

Could you please post or send me the sheet music from Sultaniyegah Sirto?Ive found some crazy Marimbaphon players who loved this Sirto and they want to play it.
