trip to aleppo

Hi everybody!
I'm planning a trip to aleppo in the next couple of months, any suggestions for oud related places to visit?
Builders, music shops, venues, caffes whatever.
I'd also like to take some intensive lessons, do you know of any good english speaking teachers that i could contact in advance??
Thanks

I don't know much about Syria, but I wish I was going with you!

Mohamed Qadri Dalal
is one famous Halab oud player.

try to check out Samir Azar and Husein Sabsaby.
Iam pretty sure they both speak english and they will be able to direct you around.

enjoy your time
