Arabic Music Retreat anyone?

I'm attending the Arabic Music Retreat this year at Mount Holyoke College and I'm aware that there will be many oud players. I imagine some are members of mikesouds.

I wish. I was planning to go but some last-minute expenses made that tough. Oh well, there's always next year.

I'm not going this year, but I've been many times. It is an amazing experience, you'll have a great time and come home very very tired (you didn't think you would sleep while you were there, did you?).

Hi Brian,

This is actually my second year. I went last year and I'm aware of the intense study and fun nights. Because, I know what to expect, I intend to make the most of it this second time around. For me it's like a vacation with intense focus on something fun yet educational. It was nice to forget about the reality of life for a week.
