LaBella Strings -- minimum customer support
LaBella, may make okay strings for the oud but my experience with them when I asked for their strings specifications has been very fruitless. They
have showed minimal interest in customer support. No one at LaBella has been able to provide me with mass per unit length on their strings, not even
the owner supposedly. All they have are the gauges. It seems like they either truly don’t know or that they want to keep it a secret. I would
think that as a manufacturer they would know the products they are making! As for keeping it a secret, the secret is out once you sold the string.
D’Addario on the other hand has all this information on their strings published in a PDF catalog on the Internet.
Pyramid Strings have been a pleasure to deal with so far, very prompt and helpful.
Too bad, I will be very hesitant to buy LaBella strings any time soon for my oud and 3 guitars.

with pyramid its realy a pleaser to deal with
especaily here in germany they are very
fast i got my string the other day
when i call them on the phone
