Mother
Hi,
It is sooo exhausting trying to find arabic sheet music, especially having to search in these all arabic forms, so I have to type in arabic  I finally gave up..
Does anyone have the Ommi, Ummi, Mother .. for Marcel Khalifa,
will be very much appreciated.
Mothers day is soon and it needs to be learned

I can't help you much besides saying that that's a very good idea. I did it last year for my mom's birthday; that's what got me back in to the oud in
fact. Needless to say it went over very well. My best advice would be to learn it vaguely and adapt it to your own style. I totally redid the last
verse because I just didn't like it in the original; it was quite fun.

Question: Is the maqam Nahawand on Do or Hijaz Kar Kurd on Sol? Or something else completely? With songs its wierd because you dont necessarily start
with the keys.
Although they are the same notes I never know which is which.

Here you go Fadi..the intro and the first singing part. Not easy to write songs since there are so many ways to say it but this is probably the
simplest way

Wow, thanks. I believe this here is the only written music in the whole internet cloud.
I can say so since I googled and binged and searched manually Zeryab \, the 'samai' forum and a bunch of others.
I think you have made a lot of oud-players' mothers very happy
