Turkish to English Translation Requested

An article by Eren Ozek entitled "Turk Enstruman Yapim Sanatinda Oran ve Denge" posted on the website "Musik ve Bilim" in March 2005 gives the relative traditional (?) dimensions of instruments such as the Oud, Tanbur, Lavta etc.

I cannot read Turkish so would be interested to know how the heading "Ud'da Oran ve Denge Hesaplamalari" translates into English.
Thanks

Thanks DoggerelPundit.

Free on line machine translations often seem to be very limited in their ability to provide accurate and meaningful results (although the limited literal results can often be so off the mark as to be hilarious).

Just guessing, I suppose if 'proportion' is substituted for 'rate' and 'equation'
(or 'equality') is substituted for 'balance' we can start to get the gist of a meaning that might be in context.
Ud is not a problem but what is Ud'da? The same as 'al Ud' in Arabic perhaps?

So perhaps the heading of the section in the article, when roughly translated, should read something like: "The Ud as well as its proportions, equations and their calculation"? But that is just a guess.

I was unable - using free on line facilities - to obtain a complete translation of the title of the article, the words 'Yapim Sanatinda' being beyond the capabilities of the various translation software data bases.

"Ud'da Oran ve Denge Hesaplamalari" is just something like "Proportion and Equilibrium Calculations for the Ud". "Ud'da" here just means on the ud, with the oud, etc.

"Türk Enstruman Yapım Sanatında Oran ve Denge" would be something like "Proportions and Equilibrium in the art of Turkish instrument making". Sanat = art, yapım = making.
