Hey Farid, here's the translation of the label...

Rawae Alnagham "Tune Masterpieces"
Mohammad Azouz
12 Naser Awad Salah Salem Street
Next to Alfustat Park
Tel: 3622486/3636287
This oud was made sepcially for Mohammad Azouz
Maker: Rami, Wael

Sorry I do not know much about this maker or music store. As for Salmeen, you are right they are from Kuwait. It's an oud factory and if you say the one you found is from Egypt then it probably fake...

If you put the specs of what you are looking for it would be easier to give an advice...
Look at the Buy and Sell section and I'm sure you'll find a lot of nice instrument

What do you mean by specs? im looking for a Syrian/ Egyptian Oud and not looking to spend a lot (only a few hundred dollars). Any ideas how i would go about knowing if an OUd is good or not in the event that i do find one?
