Magical red rishas

I have been confounded by some rishas that I bought from Yehia at the nile shop before it closed.
They are red and semi flexible. right in between the traditional soft and hard.
they feel like they are made from the same type of material that is in the skin of a three ring binder. If anyone ANYONE can help me to find more of these I would be extremely Grateful.

PS they dont have any writing on them!

Perhaps it WAS the material from a three ring binder?

I've made rishas from stuff like that (and various kinds of industrial strapping used for building materials). Just takes a sharp craft knife, heavy scissors and a manicure emery board to smooth it.

Lots of people are throwing last year's desk diaries out, they sometimes have covers made of springy sheet plastic you can use. With a bit of luck you might find some in screaming purple or Barbie pink that is nearly impossible to lose.
