treble clefs on Sukar pick guards

Hi all,

In some relatively recent photos of some otherwise beautiful Sukar ouds, I've noticed treble clefs on the pick guards. I'm contemplating trying to obtain a model 10 or 13, but I'd prefer a more traditional-looking instrument without the treble clef. Does anyone know anything about these pickguards and how frequently they're appearing on Sukars these days?
