The nut is strangely done. (pict 3)
And the strings are not parallel to the finger board. (pict 4)
Is it normal ?

Hard to be sure without more detailed photos, but it seems the grooves for the high course are a bit further in than usual. I suppose some people might slot the nut differently. But it seems like they are evenly spaced, the proof's in the playability, and it's not clear that anything is really amiss. It looks like the high string of the second course has slipped out of its nut slot and is sharing the groove of the low string. Is that what you meant? If it's only that, you can just push that string back up into its slot, and if it stays there, all is well.

It does look like the strings are "leaning" a bit relative the centerline of the fingerboard: they're pretty far to the right by the time they reach the bridge. But it also seems that the bridge is sitting a bit off center. I think Zakya means that with a floating bridge, the bridge is moveable side to side, so if the strings are not centered, as in this case, you can just reposition the bridge "upward", to the left on the photos.

It'd say the oud just isn't set up very well, nothing serious, though I'd sure like to look it over in person.

I'm inclined to agree, and, suspect tuning aside, the oud sounds fine. The angle of the strings on the neck is not much different to Lee Varis' expensive Custom Fouad Jihad, and easily sorted, but that nut looks nothing like the luthier's work.
At a guess I'd say it probably got lost or messed up and has been replaced by someone who doesn't normally do such things. Another easy fix, wouldn't be a deal-breaker for me if the price was right.

I have an oud by Fouad's son Laith, which also has a few physical "quirks" but after a few tweaks it sounds amazing and I can honestly say it is the best oud I have ever played.

If there is doubt about the originality, there should be the makers brand mark next to the tail block, you could ask for a photo of the back end of the oud.

isnt is much better if you just answer teh question rather than compe up with all those nasty words and insults?? I dont go down to your level. this will affect your reputation oh sorry ( you are correct :what reputaion)why people want to buy from a guy with those sort of sttitude???
keep advertising the same ouds over and over again and u telling us you selling them like a hot cake.
your only contribution in this forume is to sell your fake ouds nothing else

we are getting some where mr alnafakh (at least you are not deniying that) you are a clever guy using 4 different namse to sell ouds and creating afew dummu user names to give you witness statement , pretending they bought ouds from you and you are mr nice guy sadly for you you cant prove any thing , prviouse posts suggest otherwise
I can see another user on the way and soon he will be saying he bought an oud from saief alnaffakh and he is a good seller,
who are you kidding , dont insult peoples intellegence, the admnis are aware of your activity , next time refer to a more reliable witnesses .

as for your advice regarding me seeing a specialist , many thanks i am working on that and booked an apointment with a good one in (Perivale) unless u know a better one

In this case why dont you come out and tell us your true identity rather than hiding under the name oud_star!!
I doubt you can do that because you are a true coward and you know that I can bring you down
