My Oud Project


Dear friends

am a new comer to oud , but an old analyst software developer, am thinking seriuosly to build an oud under windows environment, and seeking for some support some one whos expert on oud and wanna work with me on this, it well be a free project aiming to help people playing oud using computer, hope I can give something to arab music , looking to hear from all of you.

Hi! - I am a beginner Oudist but I am instrested in helping with this program. I have some exiprence with Visual Basic 3/6 I am hoping I could be of some help. Perhaps I could record the notes from my Oud???

thanks for responding ,

am working on tune generater for next version, but for this version I need all 25 oud tunes saved to a wave file and ll cut them to many wave files

can u save them for the project and ll credit you :)

btw many enhancment I like to applay on next versions like multi trak and sound effects

Instead of writing this in Visual Basic why not do it in C so it can be recompiled to run on Mac and Unix/Linux as well. Not everyone uses Windows you know.

I dont write ms basic , :) all the project codes are win32 object pascal, I can port it easly to linux using the many linux pascal compilers ,

me too had linux installed beside windows :D
