GHN ouds are more available than other Nahat's ouds, since the luthier worked till 1965, while others were less productive & passed away much earlier (Abdo 1941, Hanna 1934, Rofan, 1925, Antoine ? & Tawfiq GHN brother 1946). GHN was the last of the Nahats to work & make ouds (at Fuad Abdallah Alsilka place) in Damascus, before his cousin, Elias Abdo Nahat (1902-1993) made his come-back in Sau Paulo, Brazil, back in 1969, when he returned to oud making for some 15 years more untill 1984.
GHN was relatively a good luthier, but way beyond his father & uncles or even his brother Tawfiq, who was considered to be Abdo the great successor, but passed away at the early age of 50 ! GHN kept making ouds of all kinds and some were considered masterpieces , but the man was rather capricious and made some pieces which were failures. Some assume these failures weren't his, but fake replicas made by whom who put his hands on his work tools after his passing.
Therefor, it depends on the oud itself, it might be one of his masterpieces, average or failures. One should play it & listen to the sound it's capable to produce.
I've seen GHN ouds starting 1000 $ up to 5000 for one awesome . Palmyrami offers one GHN for 2.5 k$ here : http://www.palmyrami.com/index.php?option=com_jshopping&task=pr... , so here's a part of the puzzle I hope I helped a bit to put together .

Good luck

Yours indeed
