A partial table of contents is listed, I will scan the contents pages ASAP and add them. Suffice to say there is a lot of music in this book, and it
looks great.
The book is big and a bit heavy.
Shipping in the US should be $5 flat rate priority (you might be able to add a set of strings or two without affecting shipping). If there is a
discrepancy, I'll refund the difference --sometimes the shipping calculator is off by a bit.
