Yes, the library has been taken down due to copyright claims. I'm in contact with the administrator to find ways of restoring it with a password
protection that will be shared in interested circles like this one and the Microtonal group.

Perhaps you could remove the items that prompted the copyright claims?
Under the copyright act, the normal procedure is to allow you an opportunity to remove the offending items.
