Munir Bashir modulation
I was playing along with this famous taqsim in Hijaz Kar by Munir Bashir, when I noticed this unusual modulation.
I believe this would be specific to Iraq, I notice he does a similar modulation on a Rast duet with Omar
The modualtion is from Hijaz Kar to a touch of Mukhalif.

Difficult to understand all these notes intertwined, but what I can ear : db c, B-b- B, Ab G, F E, F Gb, F E F E, F Gb F Gb ..., F E E-b- F E,
C ... E-b-, C Db C Db.
