Question about Musical sylables (do re mi)

Hello all. I have a question about how the musical sylables are spoken in terms of a cromatic scale. I know that a diatonic scale's sylables are do re mi fa sol la ti do. How do you sing and or speak the cromatic scale. I know in Western music we say do di re ri mi fa fi so si la li ti do. Going down we say do ti te la le so se fa mi me re ra do. How do the Arabic and Turkish speek and sing these sylables? Any help would be great.
