i need help
what to use for grain filler befor shellac on oud bowl made from walnut and mahogany?

you may use bims/pumice stone for that. make your finish sanding with it. the dust of the bims fills the grains and will become transparent if you apply shellac.

i gather the dust and mix it shellac or apply the shellac after sanding?
what about oil like falx oil to fill the grain?

Take slightly diluted shellac and dab the shellac soaked cloth into pumice (bims powder). Polish with circular motion, and the pores are filled.
