WOW!!

Fasinating Samir!! That every oud you make has a new look, and that they are ALL wanderful!

I love your work

p.s. Still planning to come to Amesterdam sometime before the summer (coming just to buy a oud from you!)

Best regards
Geko

The wood might be dead, but the oud is alive.

Another great job Samir,
many compliments ...
Whenever you add sophistication and elegance
your oud.
I guarantee you it's really hard to resist
the temptation to buy them all ...
Have a good time
and thank you for your ouds

Just a note to anyone considering an oud from Brazilian rosewood . . . be very careful about transporting it across international borders, it is generally illegal to do so from what I understand, and they can confiscate you instrument.

Hi Sabbasi,

I didn't mean to imply that the wood itself was illegal, but the new international laws are very strict and sometimes apply to new items even if they are made with old wood. At the very least, it is important to have proper documentation for travel proving that the instrument is 100% legal.

Even a 100% legal instrument could theoretically be seized if you couldn't prove it.
