room in Cairo available

Sorry, mods, if it's off-topic, but some people from the forum asked me about flat/room in Cairo after I moved here to study at the Beit al-Aoud (and, actually, i had the same problem, too).
So just in case anyone is coming to Cairo this summer for music studies:
Two rooms will be available in a big flat in Dokki neighbourhood (i also rent a room in the same apartments), one - from July 1, the other - July 26. The price is 920 egp per month.
The reason for writing this is pretty understandable: that would be much easier if the 'music mafia' occupies it, so i won't have to fight with my future neighbours for my right to everyday/allnight oud practice:)) (although it's totally fine with the neighbours I have right now).
That's it, folks:cool:

What does 2 rooms mean exactly? Is it a separate apartment, or (which) 2 rooms in a larger flat? Is shower/bath/toilet separate or shared? Kitchen separate or shared? Do you happen to have photos? Thanks.

Looks like it's practically walking distance to Tahrir and the Egyptian Museum.

Yes.
Sorry, i made a mistake in the first post. Of course, Dokki metro (the house is near the station).
It's just a few stations to Ataba metro (not far from which Beit al-Aoud is situated), so for me it's just half an hour to get there.
The whole neighborhood is quite international, a mix of Muslims, Christian Copts and foreigners, but it's not so "tourist" and expensive, as, f.e., Al-Haram in Giza (where i've already spent 3 months).
