I've searched my music sheet collections. I don't have this one. I suspect it's an Iraqi piece, maybe one of the Bashir brothers, Salman Shukur,
etc. According to Raed Khoshaba's Facebook page, his email is raedkhoshaba@yahoo.com . Why don't you email him and ask him directly? Please post

I'm pretty sure Raed is the composer.
Maybe I'm wrong.
It's better to ask him. His email is correct. I know him a little. He was my first teacher.
But haven't seen him since years.
