Turquoise oud no. 2
Hello all. This is the latest from my shop. I finished it about 3 weeks ago, and made the main rosette, and installed it a few days ago. This oud
sounds amazing and has some serious Arabic tone. The action is very playable and enjoyable. Video/audio to come.

Forgot to mention:
Prior to installing the main rosette, I was a bit disappointed with the tone of this instrument initially when I put the strings on. But before
putting in the rosette, I shaved down the brace in front of the bridge, then installed the rosette, and the tone (overall resonance) completely
changed for the better. Was it from removing some material from the brace, or installing the rosette, or a combo of both. I guess I won't know for
sure.
