Does anybody know, is the cd that goes with the book "Arabic Music Scales" by Cameron Powers still available? I have the book but not the cd (yet).

Great book. I have found it invaluable and it is the SOLE book I have been working from since I started learning oud. I especially like how Cameron
describes the associated mood and feel of many of the maqamat. I have not picked up the CD yet. Has anyone here and can they comment on it?
I will try to locate a copy in the UK of The Maqam Book. Getting it imported from the US will mean I get hit with a customs charge. If I manage to get
the book I will write an account here.
