Maqam Bashayer?

Browsing through the site sama3y.net I came across mention of a maqam which I think transliterates roughly as "bashayer" (بشاير ), and the scale seems to consist of a Rast tetrachord on C followed by a Kurd tetrachord on G:

I've never heard of this before, and can't find a mention of it anywhere else. Can someone shed some light on this? Is it specific to a particular region? (e.g. Maghreb)

Many thanks

David
