If this does not work, sorry, I will have to give up. To have a 16 megapixel camera with a Leica lens, and then reduce the size and compression is like going from 24bit mastering to 8-track with Dolby C!

My educated guess, from seeing a similar instrument in Cairo some years ago, is that this is from the workshop of the original Gameel George.
