Don't know this book, I'm not fluent in English...
I plan to come back to Tunisia in the end of April, I hope to find some books with noubat scores, and may share some if you are interested.
There are some CDs which may be interesting : http://www.maisondesculturesdumonde.org/tunisie-nuba-al-ramal

Hey.

I will get the Nuba-al-Ramal album, I have the Sika one in the series.

I have the album from Oriental Traditional music, it is really good.

This album (Dorsaf Hamdani), has the scores of the music of Khmayyis TarnĂ¢n.

Good question. The microphone blocks a clear view. It does not appear to be the usual Tunisian rabab.
