Two other Oud Improvisations on 7 course Stenzel Oud


Hi there,

here are two further improvisations on the 7 course Stenzel oud.

The #2 is played with softer horn risha and the #3 is played with a very soft turkish plastic risha.

and for reference, this was the first one

hard horn risha:

You play nice!

I would add reverb. Convolution is what I would go after.

I didn't add any reverb on purpose, because I thought that way the actual sound of the oud is better preserved and not covered by an effect...

Very nice oud too. One of my favorites on MikeOud :-)

I would stick to the soft plastic Risha ;)
