Hello everyone this is my first time listing an oud for sale on the forum. I have gained a lot of great info from this site, so thank you to all who post great info and links !!

I am an honest hard working professional musician and I am just looking to recoup my costs on this wonderful oud.

As many of you know Dimitris builds amazing ouds with fantastic craftsmanship, wonderful sound and playability. This is a fantastic example of his work. Nice full reverberant sound, with the bright clarity that comes with an Iraqi style floating bridge.

I play Turkish style oud's and this was an experiment for me. I have decided to stick with the sound I was getting from my Turkish oud.

If you are looking for a professional level Iraqi oud this is the oneā€¦. I hate to let it go but I only keep what I play.. not a collector.

Currently in Arabic tuning with custom gage strings. This Oud can handle Turkish tuning as well with current or lighter gauge strings.

$2100 I will pay shipping with insurance in continental US.

I think the late Munir Bashir would also envy the future owner. that's the best sounding Bashir oud I've ever heard. I wish I could afford this right now.
