This is the Oud mentioned. As you can see the Top is clean and the issue was that some of the glue came loose. In these pictures obviously the rest of the glue was separated to evaluate the top and internal structure. The idea is to take all
these original parts and put the braces back together and reset the top.

I would not consider the idea of replacing an original top in any way, so maybe I used the wrong wording to describe the work considered.

for further consideration contact me directly. I am willing to complete the repair before selling, or sell as is and give you the choice to take this historic collectors instrument to the luthier of your choice and trust


Pay attention to the photos and you will see the original
support structure is there under the top. The top doesn't have any cracks or damage but only needs to be re-assembled and set.
