Both play oud and violin, 'Azam is the vocalist.
I would like to know the name of the ney player. He also
plays the oud in part 2. I'm always amazed at multi-instrumentalists.

The ney player looks to me like Bassam Saba, or his twin brother. Here is video of him playing oud taqsim.
